What's personal coaching? 

It’s all about focus. Personal coaching helps a client to bridge the gap between where they are now and where they would like to be.

But ….. a lot of the time clients don’t know where they want to be! Coaches use powerful questioning techniques so that they can work out what they truly want and who they are at their core.

Coaches work with clients to:

  • create practical, step-by-step action plans to reach goals

  • provide on-going support through any obstacles a client may encounter

  • identify and provide a client with tools, techniques and strategies to create lasting change

How do we get started?

Step One: Getting to know you.

We book an initial conversation to find out a bit about you, what’s behind the need for coaching and to see if we get on! Coaching won’t work if we don’t ‘click’.

Step Two – Preparing for your coaching journey

If we ‘click’ we then book your first coaching conversation.

Step Three – The first coaching conversation

The first conversation is all about your future focus and how we’re going to get you there. It's a stocktake to help us find out exactly where you're at and it’s during this conversation that we’ll be able to work out how long our journey together will take.

Then it really gets going with powerful coaching conversations! We work through tools and strategies to help you move towards your goal and I check in all the time to provide some motivational ‘prodding.’ From the moment we start our first conversation you will know I’ve got your back!

How long is a coaching conversation?

Conversations can range from motivational 30 minute bursts to a full power hour, depending on what you need.

There is no set number of conversations. Every client is different. Every client has different needs.

We will agree the number of sessions you may need during our first coaching conversation.

How much does personal coaching cost?

Personal coaching is like personal training. It's not about maintaining or building physical fitness but rather maintaining and building mental fitness.


A personal trainer helps you set diet and fitness goals, shows you the exercises and activities to help you reach those goals, and motivates you to get there. As a personal coach, I do exactly the same with building your resilience, self-awareness and motivation, and finding the right tools to maintain your own Emporium.

People are prepared to invest in their personal fitness and maintaining their physical health. The mind is no different.

A power hour of personal coaching is £45.00.

There is no financial cost to you until we reach step two when we prepare to enter your Emporium.
