What's a Sort It Session? 

A Sort It Session is where you bring the thing that’s on your mind - something you’re overthinking, avoiding, or not sure how to handle. We’ll cut through it quickly, get to what’s actually going on, and work out how you’re going to deal with it. I won’t just listen - I’ll challenge you, tell you what I’m seeing, and give you practical ways to handle the situation so you can go and use it straight away.

We can do this online or walking side by side. Some people think better when they’re moving, others prefer a screen. Either way, it’s focused, straightforward, and built around getting you ready to act.

How do we get started?

Getting started is simple.

We begin with a short conversation to understand what’s on your mind and whether this feels like the right fit. No pressure - just a straightforward chat to see if it makes sense to work together.

If it does, we book your first Sort It Session.

The first session is focused on what’s in front of you right now. We’ll work through it properly, get clear on what’s really going on, and get you ready to handle it. You’ll leave knowing exactly what you’re going to do next.

After that, it’s up to you. Some people come back when something else comes up. Others just need one session to get things moving.

How long is a Sort It Session?

Sort It Sessions can range from motivational 30 minute bursts to 90 minutes depending on what you need.

There is no set number of sessions. Every client is different. Every client has different needs. There are no fixed packages - that's not how I work!

How much does a Sort It Session cost?

A Sort It Session is £48 per hour.

There are no packages or long-term commitments.
You book a session when you need it and come back if something else comes up.
