From prisons to potting sheds, from Croydon to Croatia, from meeting rooms to muddy fields - I’ve spent the past 18 years working with people in all sorts of environments, helping them handle situations that matter.

I’ve worked with international banks, construction companies, manufacturers, and senior leadership teams and alongside that, I’ve spent years having one-to-one conversations with people who need to work something through and deal with it properly.

That’s where Sort It Sessions come in.

People don’t come with a neat brief. They come with something that’s on their mind - a conversation, a decision, a situation they’re not sure how to handle. My role is to help them cut through the noise, see what’s really going on, and get clear on what to do next.

My approach is direct and practical. I’ll tell you what I’m seeing, challenge what doesn’t stack up, and give you tools and ways of handling things that you can actually use straight away.
